Let's find your dream home

"Linda was very knowledgeable about the process and explained everything thoroughly on both my selling experience and my buying experience. She educated me and set realistic expectations. The negotiation of both was very smooth and she did a great job of understanding my needs!"

"Linda was always available for any questions or concerns I had. She was very knowledgeable about the area, she even knew some of the other agents personally. She made my experience very easy, the only thing I had to do was tell her what I liked. She’s great at what she does!

"Linda is extremely helpful, patient, responsive, and goes beyond the expected in order to help her clients. We relocated from another state and purchased this home without seeing it and based on Linda’s recommendation and on her understanding of our requirements. She spent countless hours working with us over the phone and even produced videos of the entire house to ensure that we were satisfied with the selection. In addition, she she arranged for contractors and services and followed up on each one. I was also impressed with her negotiation skills and the network of professionals and vendors that she can access. I highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to relocate to this area. Thank you Linda for all that you did for us."

"We listed our home for sale with Linda, based on a friend’s recommendation. As we worked with Linda, we found that she always answered texts and emails quickly, which was much appreciated since there was a lot going on. She did a fantastic job of putting together a market evaluation for our home. Linda had the data and logic to back up the proposed listing price. Linda also had some pragmatic ideas on how to stage our home for maximum effect. We were pleasantly surprised when our home sold in less than 2 days on the market. We would definitely recommend Linda to our family, friends and co-workers."

"Linda is an excellent agent who will always make you her priority. Her high energy, persistence, and patience (on all levels) exemplifies her passion and expertise. She exudes excitement in finding her clients their perfect home. If you trust her, and I mean really listen and trust her you will be happy and writing a review like this. I tried several agents during my search and I ran back to Linda she was by far the most interested in nailing down exactly my criteria. The search agent used presented different properties than all the others, many fresh on the market where I was the first to see them. Her negotiating skills and attention to every detail make her shine. I found the place I thought I could never have. She navigated with ease through the added requirements and timelines of my purchase’s corporate re-locator company. We worked together aggressively and closed with ease in 30 days. Along the way I found a friend, a trusted friend. Thank you Linda for all that you do to make others dreams come true like mine.

"Linda St Clair was amazing to work with. I was new to the area and looking to start a new life in Atlanta. Linda not only looked for rentals on my behalf while I was still in California, she also helped us buy our first home. I didn’t realize how picky I would be when it came to picking our home but Linda was very patient and understood all of our issues. When we looked at my new home for the first time, I think we both fell in love simultaneously and knew it was the one. Linda is very professional and patient and kept me informed every step of the long process."

"We were first time home buyers and did not know what to expect. Linda was incredibly helpful and guided us through every single step in the process. She was dependable, honest, and very friendly. Because of her, we got the home of our dreams. I would recommend anyone either selling or buying to have Linda on your side. You will not regret it. She is wonderful."

"Linda was all you could ask for in a real estate agent and more. She not only helped us find the right house, she negotiated with expertise, and went out of her way to help us find contractors for post-close work. She is the total package and I couldn’t recommend her enough. In fact, I may sell my house in a year just to get to work with Linda again ;)"
